6 teams from Central India participated in the event which was attended by around 200 delegates/stackholders.
Dr Anand Kumar Singh, Pricipal, IHM, Bhopal welcomed guests and Mr Ramnath Suryawanshi, CEO, Global FoodTech Consultants (TP)addressed participants & delegates on importance of Food safety & FSS training intatives from FoSTaC and CII.
Mr S Dave, also made presentation on FSSAI framwork of Engagement Higher Education Institutes for promoting consumption of safe and nutritious food.
